I found the hotel's location convenient. chiyoda line station was just across the street. It made traveling simple. the staff helped me ship my bags to my next hotel. I appreciated it very much. the cafe downstairs had tasty coffee. I enjoyed starting my days there.
The pillows were not comfortable.

I totally loved the location. It's right across from the subway station. they even let you borrow hair straighteners. you also don't need to pack an umbrella because they give you one. everything felt so convenient, it was amazing!
The pillows were super uncomfortable. My back and neck were so sore after my stay. we asked for a late checkout and got it, but the hotel messaged us to remind us to check out at the normal time. later, our keys stopped working.

I found a local bar with sandwiches and great coffee right across from the hotel. it's an ideal spot for breakfast before a busy day. I really enjoyed starting my mornings there. the food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect.

the hotel's location was fantastic as it was near the rail station. this made getting around the area so easy. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed (they even helped me find a great little cafe!).
